Hippeastrum Print

Originally painted with gouache, this print draws inspiration from the genus Hippeastrum, a plant colloquially known as Amaryllis that is native to tropical and subtropical regions of the Americas. These plants have become common as Christmas decorations in North America where they are grown in pots, but in their native environment, they support a diverse range of wildlife including hawk moths and hummingbirds. Printed with pigment based inks on archival, acid free paper. Print is available in two sizes: half page (5.5 x 7.25 inches) and full page (8 x 10.5 inches)
